Soccer, offered for both male and female student/athletes
at the varsity and junior varsity levels, affords
the participant an opportunity to excel at the highest
level in this area. Expert and dedicated coaches
at every level ensure success year after year.
The girls won the Region 3 title in 2004. They
were region champs in ‘06, ‘08 and ‘09 and
took the D-10 title in ‘06. The girls were D-10
champions and PIAA AA state champions
in 2010.
The boys were Metro champs in ‘90 and ’92 and
District 10 champs in ’87, ’88, ’90, ’94, ’95 and ’98.
They were Region 2 champions in ’05 and region
champs and D-10 runners-up in ‘06 and ‘08. The
boys were D-10 champions and PIAA A State
finalists in 2010 and 2011.
