§  Use the step-by-step, screen-by-screen approach to complete the chapter work

§  Take appropriate notes on terminology or techniques; these will be needed to study for tests

§  For this document print the outline view and save to your Student folder.

¨  Extend Your Knowledge (PPT 134)  Save the corrected presentation to your Student folder, using the filename given in the textbook.  (DO NOT save over the document in your data disk folder!)(10 pts.)

¨  In the Lab 3 (PPT 140-141) Change document properties adding the keywords snowboarding and conditioning.  Save to Student folder(20 pts.)

¨  Cases and Places 1 OR 2 (PPT 142 OR 143)  ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS: add appropriate clips and photos, add a closing slide, and apply a slide transition to the entire presentation.  Follow the directions given in the Case as well.  Change properties to add an appropriate keyword. You MUST apply techniques learned in Chapter 2.  Print outline only and Save to your Student folder. (25 pts.)

¨Cases and Places 1 OR 2  (PPT 295)  Use Google or Yahoo to do some research on the topic of the Case you select.  Find enough information to create at least 5 slides PLUS a slide for the table or chart indicated within the Case.  You MUST apply 3 to 5 objectives (list on page PPT 225) from this chapter to your presentation.  Transitions must be applied.  Document properties should include at least one keyword appropriate to the information in the presentation.  Save to folder.  (30 pts.)
